The Kitchen

The Heart of the House

The kitchen is where this house makes its argument. A single travertine island runs the length of the room as both prep surface and dining table, with slim pendants dropped above it and dark cabinetry set back behind. Natural materials and tactile textures keep the room from feeling cold despite its sharp, clean lines, and an olive tree stands behind fluted glass at one end.
